It's smile time!! We've been waiting to see Roman's smile and he was sure to not disappoint with how stinkin' cute it is...little dimple and all. He's getting a bit more vocal (the good kind of vocal) as you can hear from the little video I attached. I think he's saying "mom you're the best" but it's still not very clear yet ;-)
